Sunday 14th Seafood Festival Love seafood! Then join us at the only seafood festival in Australia managed by the men and women who catch it for you. Celebrate, relax and feast with the seafood industry in Fishermen’s Park Urangan from 10am to 4pm.
Saturday 20th Whale Parade and Concert Returning back to its original form in 2016, the Whale Festival Parade and Concert is welcoming back motorised floats to this year’s Parade. Live entertainment, carnival rides, market stalls, food stalls and more create the perfect evening for everyone. Held at the Seafront Oval from 2pm to 8:30 pm.
Sunday 21st Paddle Out for the Whales Bring your SUP, kayak, blow up toy or home-made raft along to celebrate and encourage whale conservation in Hervey Bay, the whale watch capital of the world. Creativity is encouraged and the more colourful and quirky the better! Make sure you pre-register, or register your participation on the day to show your support. You don’t have to paddle out, you just have to be there!
